We have completed the first edition of the “Zawodowcy w Gorzowie 3.0” program, in which we participated. It was an intensive two-month period during which we taught nine students from the Zespół Szkoł Elektrycznych and Centrum Edukacji Zawodowej I Biznesu. The internships were held with the support of Zachodnia Izba Przemysłowo-Handlowa at our Branches in Gorzów and Barlinek. It was also the first time we hosted two women on the production hall. We are delighted that our interns left the company satisfied, with new experience and knowledge. This year’s work with young people has given us so much energy that we are already certain that this will not be the last year we participate in the program.
